This short video demonstrates a motor control example program for the MSP430G2553 microcontroller. An SN754410NE driver chip is used to interface the MSP430 to two geared DC motors. A 4xAA battery pack supplies 6V to the circuit. This supply voltage is stepped down to approximately 3V by passing through two silicon diodes and one LED on its way to the MSP430.
