2 Salmon Fillets
2 pastry sheets
1 beaten egg
3 tbs butter
3 tbs onion (chopped)
1 tbs garlic (minced)
4 cups spinach
1/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 oz Cream cheese
2 tbs fresh dill (or dill weed)
Salt
Pepper
Lawry’s seasoned salt
•Dijon Cream Sauce
2 tbs butter
2 tbs shallots (minced)
1/4 cup white wine (I like Pinot Grigio)
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli and garnish with freshly chopped parsley!!!💋
