HOW TO TRANSFER INTO A BOWHEAD: REACH / RX / ROGUE?

Описание: Today, we're gonna learn a little bit about transferring into the bowhead fleet. The RX, the reach, and the all-new bowhead rogue. I'm here, Cole Bernier, with my friend... Sierra Roth. We're gonna teach you a little bit about... TRANSFERS!

Myself, I'm a T10 injury at breaking at L1 and T12, so kind of a little bit of a mid-range in there, depends on the day.

And I am a T6, so a little bit of a diagonal injury, which gives me a little function on the one side more than the other, but definitely a lot higher of an injury than Cole.

Cole - "I don't battle with any spasms or any tension or anything like that. I'm pretty flaccid in terms of my muscle tension, so allows me to stretch and contort into some different positions."

Sierra - "And I have a little bit of spasticity, as you will see, and so working with what I got and trying to utilize everything from the bike to what my transfer is for some stability. I've been in a wheelchair for just over eight years now.

Cole - "I come from an athletic background, so kind of already had a bit of a fitness and strength platform to work from. I think it's important to kind of pay attention to that and just be realistic with your expectations and yourself."

Sierra - "Some people are going to take a little bit more practice and maybe some training in the gym to kind of get to the point where you can do this on a regular basis. And similar to Cole, the same athletic background, and I've been in a chair for almost 11 years now, so definitely have it down pat, but it's come with a lot of practice. So being patient with yourself, learning from other people, we hope this video helps you in your transfers.
