FULL RECIPE: Quick Pagakas (Makes approx. 20)
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet dry yeast
2 packets baking powder
1 cup lukewarm milk (for added Nutrition)
1 teacup (4.2 oz) vegetable oil
1/2 cup yogurt
2 medium eggs (whites for mixture, yolks for topping)
1/2 stick (4 oz) softened butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
Approx. 6 cups all-purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, yeast, and baking powder. Add lukewarm milk and mix well.
