Dryfish / Hoggadi – 180gm
Kholrabbi / Kadam – 4 pieces
Cumin /Jeera – ½ tsp
Carrom seeds / Ajwain – ½ tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2.5 tsp
Turmeric/Haldi – 1/4th tsp
Fennel Powder – 3/4th tsp
Black cardamom powder – 1/4th tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 3
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
