What's the Hardest Trophy in DOOM?
According to PSN, it’s A Toe Into Madness with a rarity of 1.7%. This trophy requires you to complete the first level of the campaign on ultra nightmare. This is the hardest difficulty where the added gimmick is there are no checkpoints and if you die you restart the campaign. Luckily there is a glitch that was never patched so you only have to do the first encounter legit and can skip the rest. I was scared of doing it myself but the out of bounds is surprisingly forgiving and open. You can breeze through the rest of the level with ease and drop into the end level trigger. That turns the “hardest” trophy in the game into one of the easiest. Assuming you follow the path of course
