Описание: I know yall been wanting to know the real behind the scenes on the airbnb arbitrage business. I don't gatekeep. This is the reality of being in the arbitrage business. You'll make bad deals. You'll make mistakes. But it's better to start and make mistakes than never have tried at all. I spent 3 years on the sidelines wanting to start. And then I scaled maybe too quickly...lol. Debt is projected to be paid off this year. Though I'll probably just pick up some more to always be in the red for tax purposes. 😉
