Our wedding ceremony in Kyoto, Japan, the most peaceful, surreal moment of my life. We eloped at Oharano Shrine on November 4th in a traditional Shinto ceremony arranged by Wakon Style, and it genuinely felt like stepping into another world.
Oharano Shrine was so quiet that morning… just us, the sound of the wind through the trees, and the soft footsteps of the shrine attendants. The entire experience felt sacred and intimate, from the purification ritual to the san-san-kudo sake sharing, to walking through the shrine grounds afterward in the white kimono.
Wakon Style handled everything so beautifully, and the ceremony was full of meaning and history. 🤍🇯🇵
