Imperial 'Viper' Droid on Hoth decrypted

Описание: "This signal WAS not used by the alliance and it IS an imperial code"....and I cracked most of it!!

I was finally able to flip the droid on its head and listen in.

1a. "On to the track bay and finally we have..."
1b. "On to the cafe and finally be done"

2. unknown

3a. "And the feds are very unfortunate"
3b. "And defense are very unfortunate"

4. "We are this time from Red Stone" - Sumner Redstone reference??



The imperial code to decode this message was, magically, 1138Hz. Score one for the Rebels!

Any suggestions for # 2?

Now, as to where these conversations came from, I don't know.
