The City of Harrisburg is planning on filing a complaint against the owner of the old Bishop McDevitt High School for property violations.
This comes as contractors have been working at the old school building to prepare to open a brand-new farmer's market.
Jeremy Hunter, the property owner and president of William Penn Holdings, said he plans to use the old football field to host vendors, live music and family activities.
