Let's talk about the standing high cable curl, also known as the overhead cable curl. This move is gold for hitting your biceps from a different angle, with a primary focus on the long head of the biceps.

Here's how to do it properly:
1. Adjust the pulley to about shoulder height or slightly higher.
2. Plant your feet shoulder-width apart, right in the middle of that cable machine.
3. Grab a handle in each hand with an underhand grip, and extend your arms outward, keeping them parallel to the floor.
4. Contract your biceps to curl the weight up until your forearms touch your biceps.
5. Under control, lower your arms back down to full extension, then repeat the process.
Get those biceps pumped and feel that burn with the standing high cable curl.
