Naif is a sub-district of the larger Deira district in Dubai. It is the second-most densely populated community in Dubai and one of the oldest sub-districts in the city. From Naif, it takes 10 minutes to access both Deira Corniche and Dubai Creek.

Best known for being home to Naif Souk and Naif Museum, the sub-community is made up of different kinds of low to mid-rise buildings, including apartment buildings, commercial buildings and hotels. Naif Dubai is also one of the best areas to rent apartments in Deira.

Housing a wide array of shops and retail outlets, Deira Naif is the site for many of the top hardware shops in Dubai as well. One can find numerous means of transport within and outside the community with ease. Naif is one of the best areas to live in Dubai for those who rely on public transport.

Naif has been one of the oldest inhabited areas in the city, which makes it the second-most densely populated area as well. Formerly a hub of trade, the area is still abundant in terms of shopping outlets and houses the popular Naif Souq and Baniyas Square, which is one of the best places to buy used furniture in Dubai. Baniyas Square is also home to a branch of Miniso, from where you can buy affordable items in Dubai. Naif Souk on the other hand is counted as one of Dubai’s hidden gems.

As far as residential options are concerned, Naif Deira consists of many apartment and commercial buildings along with different types of hotels as well. The sub-district has all sorts of amenities ranging from eateries to salons to retail outlets too. The Al Naif Road Dubai or Naif Street Dubai is a hot spot for shopping and nightlife in the city.
