Preparing For OT School Anatomy

Описание: To prepare for anatomy our school asked us to know:

1) directional terminology of the body (ex. anterior, posterior, superior, etc)
2) the planes our bodies move in ( ex. sagittal, frontal/coronal and horizontal)
3) the axes our bodies spin around when we move
4) how planes and axes work together
5) the major joints of the body
6) which actions occur at the major joints of the body
7) the bones of the body (forgot to mention this in the video)
I have also been reviewing the muscles of the body
