I took a trip to Rockland Bakery in Nanuet, N.Y., where their famous kaiser rolls were emerging on conveyor belts in a seemingly endless river of delicious bread.
Although their selection of breads and other baked goods extends FAR beyond what is shown here, I was always fascinated by the piping hot rolls coming straight out of the oven traveling to places unknown elsewhere in the factory, ready to be shipped across the Tri-State.
This was filmed using the Helios 44-2 f/2 58mm lens on a Canon 7D camera. The footage was color corrected as necessary due to indoor lighting conditions.
