We spent the day at Our Space Nimman, a beautiful new wellness spot in Chiang Mai where we joined a yoga class, sweated it out in a lemongrass steam room, took a cold plunge in an ice bath, and ended the day with smoothies by the pool.

We also got to chat with Mew, the lovely owner, who created this space for people to unwind and find a bit of balance in between all the café hopping and city exploring.
