Wisconsin Autism Transition Demonstration (WAuTD) project in partnership with the School District of Janesville

Transition Planning for students in Wisconsin must begin by age 14. Come learn how students can get the most out of the tools schools have to offer. Plus, some students might be able to continue their high school experience with Beyond 18 programming. We welcome in Ratzburg from the Wisconsin Transition Improvement Grant.
