How is the lid attached?
The lid is either screwed or nailed on right before burial. The Trillium casket lid has pre-drilled holes to accept the supplied fasteners and comes with both screws and traditional square cut nails for you to choose from.
How does the hardware lock together?
The Trillium casket’s snap lock hardware has interlocking joints that pull together tightly and lock when the casket parts are knocked together as shown in the video above. Once the casket bottom is screwed into place it is impossible for the hardware to come apart unless you disassemble in reverse order the steps discribed in the video above.
