Day 14 - Make gratitude an attitude.
Even in a world full of challenges, remember that there’s still beauty to be found. The more you look for it, the more that it will show up.
The first snowfall of the fall season has arrived and it is absolutely gorgeous outside!
The adult in me wants to keep me from enjoying this experience with thoughts like…”Great! I’ve got somewhere to go, and I’ve gotta clean this up”. Or….”The roads are going to be terrible”.
But I’m not going to allow those thoughts to steal the magic of what is.
I’ve been writing down 10 things that I’m grateful for years and it has helped me recognize this : that ever situation is not permanent, and that if I can find something to be annoyed over, consider myself blessed if I can find something to be grateful for.
So today, I choose to make gratitude an attitude. And I choose to keep showing up too.
I hope this tip helps you feel a little bit more peaceful during a very busy time of year.
