Описание:
1. Bring your Dumbbell up to shoulder height with your elbows out underneath.
2. Brace your core and bring your center of gravity down a few inches without changing the angle of your torso.
3. Explode up with your legs, propelling your torso vertically, pressing your arm up as you fully extend in your legs so that the momentum continues through your shoulders into the dumbbell. Be sure not to allow your rib cage to tilt as you do so.
4. Control the dumbbell back to your start, reset, and perform the next rep.
5. For the band just keep your wrist straight and thumb around the band.
