Our Version is made in the Kmart Sausage Roll Maker, still crispy, tasty batter coated frankfurters on a stick b=ut with out the deep frying, healthier? maybe a little but just as tasty and quicker and easier to make. We do hope you give them a try and Thanks to Michelle for suggestion the Chicken Hotdogs. They were great for this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
200 g milk
1 egg
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup plain flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2t vege salt
sprinkle of pepper (optional)
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
4 hot dogs
4 sticks of cheese
50g melted butter
