Zest of 1 large orange
2–3 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tbsp jaggery powder
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
Crumble Topping
½ cup ragi flour
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp chopped dry fruits
2 tbsp soft ghee - optional
1–2 tbsp jaggery powder
