I know there are a few more of these out there, but here's what I've compiled so far:
0:00 - Rectangle Transition: Perfect /
0:13 - Rectangle Transition: One crooked attempt /
0:31 - Rectangle Transition: Several crooked attempts (with fanfare) /
1:25 - Triangle Transition: Perfect /
1:37 - Diamond Transition: Perfect /
1:50 - Diamond Transition: Round peg, cornered hole /
2:18 - Diamond Transition: Small diamond, large hole.
I'm looking for one where a triangle frantically tries to fit into a square hole, only to be pushed out of the side by a square. And one personal recollection, and getting back to this upload: as a kid, I remember not liking the sound effect used when they were shrinking the hole starting at 2:51. At the time, I found it rather unsettling.
