Описание: A lecture and a hands-on exercise on personal construct psychology given by Vivien Burr taken from a series on research methods and research design given to masters (graduate) students at the University of Huddersfield. This is part 2 of two, and examines the elicitation and interpretation of a repertory grid. Based around an exercise on how people think about chocolate bars, Dr Burr explains the elements and the constructs in a grid and shows how to use triads of elements to elicit constructs. These elements and constructs are then used to complete a repertory grid for the respondent. Completed grids can be used to investigate i) the relationships between the person's constructs and ii) what they think about the elements (in this case the chocolate bars).
