Thousands of police officers serve on the frontlines, while tens of thousands more work in liberated territories to help communities rebuild. But who supports them?
To help law enforcement and civilians cope with the psychological toll of war, EUAM Ukraine and the Government of the Netherlands launched Project Blue Haven for Ukraine.
✅ Specialized training for police psychologists
✅ 4 psychosocial support centers in Lviv, Kyiv, Rivne, and Vinnytsia
✅ 13 mobile offices for liberated areas to provide on-the-spot psychological support
These safe spaces will help both first responders and civilians heal, rebuild trust, and strengthen the stability that Ukraine needs now more than ever.
