🇨🇭 2 lbs peeled potatoes
🇨🇭 2 C cream
🇨🇭 2 tsp garlic
🇨🇭 2 tsp chopped shallots
🇨🇭 2 tsp sea salt
🇨🇭 2 oz Gourmino Gruyère- large grated 🇨🇭 2 oz Gourmino Sbrinz Alpage- finely grated 🇨🇭2 large punches fresh nutmeg
🇨🇭 2 large pinches white pepper finely ground
🇨🇭 1 tbl butter
9x 13 casserole or medium heavy (non reactive) metal pan ( no aluminum) 🏔sweat the garlic and shallots w butter and coat bottom of your pan or dish 🏔 preheat overn to 350F
🏔slice potatoes 1/8 “ thick and place in bowl
🏔 add cream, spices and salt and cheese except for 1 oz Sbrinz (keep some for later)
🏔 bake in 350 F oven for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and tender
🏔remove from oven and top with 1 oz Sbrinz Alpage and broil for 2-4 minute to crisp topping 🏔let cool 5-10 minutes before cutting. 🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭ENJOY🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭
