Vietnam Veteran Bill Varble talks about the draft and his deployment overseas. Bill is an Army Ranger who was recruited into a special operations/intelligence unit. His story is both harrowing and heart breaking. We feel Bill’s articulate and lucid memories offer a unique insight into the American experience. In particular his experience mirrors many of our service men of the late 1960s and early 70s.
We tell his story in 7 parts. Each part is unique, interesting and at times emotional.
