20 minutes intermediate Pilates session that uses the concept of tramlines to space your feet and hands, but also deliberately works off the tramlines in order to challenge your core more! Harder than your average Pilates workout, this session is challenging but interesting and fun. You could use a ball or a balloon for the mat work, or nothing at all! Or make your own prop from a towel and a dressing gown belt using this video as a reference:
