Total Motion Release Technique (TMR) is a great method used by some Physical Therapists, to unlock your range of motion and begin to calm down your cranky neck. Try this 2-3 times per day. It shouldn't make you feel worse and it shouldn't be painful beyond just a slight discomfort. Perform these at your own pace, precision over speed.
This simple exercise is great for:
Stiff Neck
Headaches
Discomfort when looking in any direction
Shoulder pain and shoulder blade region
Tingling down the arm
Use them as directed by your physical therapist or MDT certified rehab professional.
