One of the most frequently asked questions for TEW 2020 is how do I install a mod, well here is a quick and easy way to do it for those visual learners.
1. In TEW 2020 got the Database section and Create a database, name it something related to the file you have/or are going to download. For example "2013"
2. Close TEW 2020 or it will cause an error for step 3.
3. Extract the data file into your TEW2020/Database/"2013"
4. Extract the picture file into your TEW2020/Pictures section
5. Load TEW 2020 and go check the workers/promotions and pictures are synced.
6. If the pictures have not synced then goto Database Details (bottom of the editor) and change it to what ever the folder name was of the picture pack you downloaded. It should sync now.
