🟢食材:
雞半 只
紹興酒 1 湯匙
薑、蔥 適量
鹽、生抽 適量
芝麻油 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將雞洗淨吸乾水,加入1湯匙紹興酒和適量鹽醃約半小時。
2️⃣ 燒一鍋水,水滾把雞下鍋,大火蒸20分鐘,取出稍為放涼,抹一點芝麻油切件。
3️⃣ 把薑和蔥切碎,灒加入熱油,加入適量鹽或生抽即成薑蔥蓉,切雞醮以薑蔥蓉享用。
🟢Ingredients:
Chicken - half
Shaoxing wine - 1 tbsp
Ginger, spring onions - as needed
Salt, soy sauce - as needed
Sesame oil - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and dry the chicken, then marinate it with 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine and a pinch of salt for about half an hour.
2️⃣ Bring a pot of water to boil, place the chicken in a steamer and steam over high heat for 20 minutes. Remove and let it cool slightly, then brush with a little sesame oil and cut into pieces.
3️⃣ Chop the ginger and spring onions into small pieces and add to hot oil. Season with a pinch of salt or light soy sauce to make the ginger and spring onion sauce. Serve the chicken with the sauce.
