Mama Rose is the best... for many reasons! I really appreciate the time we spend chatting at her humble resort by the beach in Cateel. On this day, she cooks a great and classic Filipino breakfast. Bulad, itlog, and fried rice! We catch up and talk about life, meanwhile I listen. Mama Rose always has unique advice and life stories to share.
