Like many in my generation, I was introduced to Feist when her song "1234" was used in an iconic iPod ad. This is another track from the superb album The Reminder which gave us "1234," and when I heard Kami was going to be back in town I thought it would be a natural fit for her voice. Thanks to the comment section for letting me know that this song is a cover, originally written by Ron Sexsmith.

Technical details:
Recorded live. Kami is playing an Autoharp. Guitar is a Martin 000-28H tuned CADGBD.
Vocal mics are a Vangaurd V13 (RME interface preamp) and an AKG C414 XLS (ART Pro MPA II Preamp).
Autoharp Mic: AKG C414 XL-II (ART pre)
Guitar mic: sE Voodoo VR2 (Warm Audio WA73-EQ preamp).

Tom is a Gretsch Maple Catalina slack tuned and recorded with the two AKG's and the Vanguard (underneath). Not pictured are a shaker and tambourine that I recorded afterwards as well as some bass synth and a piano sample. Mixed in Pro Tools.

Filmed on a Canon EOS R with an RF 24-70L lens, and Hollywood Black Magic 1/4 filter. Edited in Adobe Premiere. Video by Kelly Oden and Josh Turner.

Joshua Lee Turner is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and producer based in Brooklyn, New York.
