Lost 50+ lbs naturally with meals like this. Spicy tuna rice bowl (38g protein, 10 min, no cooking)
This is one of my go-to high-protein pescatarian meals that helped me lose weight and keep it off.
If you want easy meals that support your goals without tracking or stressing follow along!
1 serving:
5oz canned tuna (drained)
1 cup white rice (cook this ahead of time or use ready made microwaveable rice)
1/4 avocado
1-2 mini cucumbers, sliced
1 tbsp kewpie mayo (or your choice of mayo)
1-2 tbsp of sriracha (your choice of heat level).
Serve with nori sheets (optional) but highly recommend.
