The Seventh Talk of the Exploring Central Asia Talks Series was delivered by renowned expert on Sino-Russian relations Prof Elizabeth Wishnick. Prof Elizabeth Wishnick is a Senior Research Scientist in the China and Indo-Pacific Security Affairs Division at the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA) of the US Navy and Marine Corps, and a Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University’s Weatherhead East Asian Institute. Apart from her works on Sino-Russian relations in Eurasia, she also has various publications on Central Asia. She is currently on leave from her position as Professor of Political Science and Law at the Montclair State University. The Seventh Talk of the Series was on the topic - Sino-Russian Partnership and the Roles of China and Russia in Central Asia. The session was chaired by Mr Soham Das, Chairperson & Director, Tillotoma Foundation.
