Despite the cold (7°C) and rain, the streets of Palma were filled with families and children awaiting the arrival of the Three Kings: Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar. Children received bags from Canal B to collect the sweets thrown from the 22 floats. Finally, a float carrying coal passed by for children who had misbehaved.
