Today we compare 2 acoustic pickups in the same guitar(Lucas's Eastman E6OM, officially unveiled on eppisode 100 of the GTT series). Lucas has been playing this guitar daily since he received it as a very generous gift from his wife and daughter for Christmas in 2020. In this video he explains why he is swapping one for the other, but more importantly lets you hear both in the same guitar, in the hopes that this might help you make your own personal choice when choosing an acoustic pickup.
 
Pickup #1 is the active LR Baggs Element under-saddle piezo that came stocked in the guitar, and pickup #2 is a passive K&K Trinity Mini microphone and soundboard transducer combo, that plugs into an external preamp for EQ purposes.
