Описание: A series of clips of the Welshpool and Llanfair Railway which includes some footage of the 0-4-4-0T Monarch working a train back in the early 1980's. Its pleasing to know it has returned to the W & L R but the chance of it ever returning to action is very slim. There is no sound to this. I just forgot to turn the projector amp off.
