No one has ever touched this before. A year ago, I tried to replace the brake pads, but the screws wouldn't budge, which caused me trouble during disassembly. The Honda NC700XD is a 2012 model used both in winter and summer, resulting in serious rust due to salty road conditions.


I decided it was time to give the Honda the necessary attention as the brakes were seizing, the TÜV (technical inspection) date was approaching, and moreover, the parking brake hadn't been working properly for years. Eventually, not at all. I wrote a list of what needed to be done and filmed videos about these tasks, this being the third episode of an eight-part series. I ordered genuine Honda parts based on factory part numbers, which ultimately amounted to nearly 100 different part numbers. Even though I ordered from the cheapest webshop, the total cost of the parts still exceeded €1200.
