In this video I show the COMPLETE disassembly and reassembly of a Z22YH high-pressure fuel pump.
Important: this video focuses only on the fuel pump itself.
The pump is already removed from the engine — I do NOT show removal from or installation onto the car.
I made this video because I couldn’t find one clear guide that shows the full pump teardown and rebuild from start to finish.
The information was spread across 5–6 different videos in 3–4 different languages.
So I combined everything into one clear, short, English video that shows every step of the disassembly and reassembly process.
This high-pressure fuel pump is commonly used on Opel / Vauxhall vehicles with the 2.2 petrol Z22YH engine,
including Opel Vectra and Opel Signum models.
