This is why The Rec.urrent was born. You think you’ve seen it all, but there’s always someone else in this giant pool of extraordinarily talented musicians. We met up with the man behind the band, The Electric Cool Kid, a successful and respected front man in the music circles. Imliakum Aier is effortlessly cool in the way he delivers his music. His interpretation of music brings a refreshing take in comparison to mainstream music in Nagaland. Finding his influence from some of the original heroes such as Bob Dylan, you know this particular artist as trying to find an authentic and relevant sound. We want to thank him for this wonderful opportunity and we hope to hear more and more of wonderful music coming from him.
We also want to thank the people at the Census Office for allowing us to utilize the beautiful space and coming out and giving us some warm company with their families, kids and pets. This was a memorable shoot for the team as well.
