Chow is a refreshing, peppery & herbaceous fruit salad. It's a popular item at carnival fetes because alcohol and pepper go great together. After wining to the sweet sounds of soca, a refreshing snack always hits the spot!
Ingredients
🍍 1 ripe pineapple
🌿 6-8 bandhani/culantro/chadon beni leaves (use cilantro as a substitute)
🧄 8-10 cloves of garlic, minced
🌶 Hot pepper/s (your preference)
🍋 The juice of a small lime (1 tbsp)
🧂 Salt & black pepper
