Chemical reaction (plasticizer migration) is a common issue for model cars - it's when the tires literally melt the plastic display stand. 🫠
If the moment is already missed and the damage is done, you can fix it like I did in this video. My recommendation: Lift all your models slightly using a spacer (like a small washer) to prevent direct contact between the wheels and the stand.
