Especially low vibration bed and high-precision feed mechanism, combined with specialized cutting fluid, the processed hydraulic pressure control valve cage has a clear contour and a surface finish of within Ra0.2μm, the dimensional accuracy tolerance is within 0.5μm.

This is a KEYENCE measuring instrument imported from Japan, which is equipped with a 20 megapixel CMOS laser probe. Before testing, our QC first inputs the size requirements of the valve cage into the program, then places the valve cage into the platform. After starting the equipment, the laser probe starts working, and the valve cage of the hydraulic pressure control valve is imaged 360 degrees by the camera and automatically focuses. The entire contour data of the valve cage can be read in 3-5 seconds, and the program automatically compares. If the accuracy meets the standard, the screen will display green, otherwise it will be red. With this authoritative testing, the defective valve cages are eliminated to ensure that the accuracy of each valve cage delivered is up to standard.
