Check out my latest video on making PONCHE. Now I've made Guatemalan ponche on this channel before, but instead of a fruity based Christmas cider, this is a milk based ponche that is considered more like an spiked egg nog some might even call it a Ponche de Desayuno (Breakfast Eggnog).
Thank you to my amazing grandma for teaching me this, I think about you and miss you every day.
Please drink responsibly and only add liquor if you're 21 and over.

PONCHE INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 CUPS OF WHOLE MILK (Alts include Lactaid, & Almond Milk)
1/2 TEASPOON OF GROUND CINNAMON
1 STICK OF CINNAMON
2 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR (RAW OR GRANULATED)
1/2 SHOT OR 1 OZ OF CLEAR LIQUOR (RUM, TEQUILA, VODKA)
1 LARGE EGG
