INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp orange zest
1 stick of cold unsalted butter
1 cup buttermilk ( add a tablespoon at a time more if needed)
bake at 425°F for 15 minutes
