Zip's Spotlight: Grand Valley Towing

Описание: Seth Vroma used to ride with his dad, Steve, in a tow truck as a kid. Now, they're business partners at Grand Valley Towing in southwest Michigan. The father-son team recently sat down with us to share their remarkable story for this month's Zip's Customer Spotlight.

With a long history in towing, the Vromas opened Grand Valley Towing in 2012. Over the past dozen years, they've grown their business from responding to roadside service calls in a used, green Honda Civic to now operating a fleet of 18 late-model wreckers with 16 dedicated employees.

Based in Grandville, MI, the company continues to provide roadside services but has also expanded to offer light-, medium- and heavy-duty towing and recovery work. The owners are each other's biggest cheerleader. Dad credits his son for the expansion and growth of the business, while son appreciates the lessons and experience he’s learned from his dad.
