In today's episode of Retro Renew, I show you how to take an old original PlayStation and bring it up to modern standards! First, I totally tear the console down and give the shell a good deep clean. Then I replace all the capacitors on the power supply and motherboard. Up next is the PS1Digital installation which adds the highest quality video out directly from the PS1’s GPU. And last, I install the XStation ODE so you can play your entire PS1 library from an SD card. This is truly the Ultimate PlayStation build! I hope you enjoy it!
