First, let’s look at why your refrigerator freezer is not freezing.
Common reasons include:
• Dirty condenser coils
• A faulty door gasket
• Overloading the freezer shelves

Now, let’s look at the best quick fixes to troubleshoot the issue;
Clean the condenser coils
• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
• Locate the condenser coils on your unit. Depending on your refrigerator model, these may be on the bottom front or at the back of the refrigerator.
• If your unit has front coils, unsnap the base grille to access them. For rear coil units, move the appliance away from the walls to access the coils.
• Clean the coils with a refrigerator coil brush and a vacuum cleaner, replace the grille or reposition the unit to its initial position, and then re-plug it.

Check the door seal or gasket.
• Assess the door seal for damages.
• Replace if torn or worn out to prevent cold air from escaping the compartment while operational.

Decongest the freezer shelves
• Remove some items and re-organize the remaining ones on the shelves to allow for maximum air circulation from the evaporator fan.
