Ramadan Special 🌙
Today I made these flaky and delicious puff pastries stuffed with chicken mixture and cheese. These little bites are ideal for iftar or dinner and you can easily prepare the filing in no time ;)
I bet you’ll gonna love these!!!😍
🌟Ingredients
•Add 30g (2tbsp) unsalted Butter
•1tbsp Oil
•1tsp Ginger & 1tsp Garlic paste
•550g minced Chicken
•1 medium size chopped Onion
•1tsp Black pepper
•1tsp Salt or as your taste
•1/2tsp White pepper
•3-4 spring onions (chopped)
•2 small Capsicums (chopped)
•2 green chilies (chopped)
•Fresh coriander
•15g (2tbsp) Flour (maida)
•100ml fresh Cream
(You can also use milk)
•Store-bought Pastry Sheet
•Egg Wash
•1Egg + 1tbsp Milk
•1tbsp of Chicken mixture
and little mozzarella cheese
