In this vlog, I’m sharing what life really looks like after my long stretch of night shift — the exhaustion, the reset, and trying to feel normal again. From slow mornings and recovery mode to getting back into routine, this is a realistic look at balancing night shift life, discipline, and taking care of yourself.

Working in healthcare isn’t always glamorous, and weekends don’t always feel like weekends when your schedule is flipped. But learning how to reset after nights has been one of the biggest things helping me stay consistent, protect my energy, and still show up for my goals.
